Founder & President
Jodi Simpson
A committed champion of the city, Jodi leverages her extensive network and client-centred approach to support CityMatch’s corporate clients and the new recruits (and family members) settling in to London.
Jodi holds a CERC Relocation Specialist™ designation with the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC). Throughout her life and career Jodi has consistently directed her talents toward connecting people, organizations, and ideas to stimulate community engagement and improve the quality of life for all Londoners. As our head relocation coach, her ability to understand the nuances of values-aligned recruitment and the ups and downs of making big life transitions ensures that employer brands are top of mind as employees are well served and supported whether they are moving across the province, the country, or across the world.
Prior to launching CityMatch in 2015, Jodi enjoyed a rewarding career where she held several senior management roles in the legal, economic development, recruitment, and health research industry before leaping into entrepreneurship and the relocation services industry.
Currently, Jodi serves as a Corporate Board Director with Libro Credit Union and serves on the Capital Campaign Cabinet at Brescia University, Canada’s only women’s university. In early 2019, Jodi became a licensed REALTOR® to make the experience of relocating to London as seamless as possible and to ensure CityMatch clients had access to a full range of real estate services. She is also a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors.
Jodi is passionate about making London welcoming to newcomers and supporting efforts for a liveable and sustainable city for all generations. She cares about housing affordability and firmly believes in housing as a human right.

Carmelita Tang
Carmelita is a dedicated advocate for community well-being, bringing her expertise and passion to her professional and volunteer roles.
Whether building executive development programs at the Ivey Business School or supporting those seeking their Professional Accountancy designation with CPA Ontario, Carmelita has dedicated her professional life to helping people elevate their careers.
With a B.A. in Community Development from Western University, her commitment to community extends beyond her profession. She volunteers extensively, helping newcomers build their professional networks. Carmelita also serves on committees with the Economic Development Advisory Committee for Middlesex Centre and the external relations committee for Museum London.
She lives outside of London with her husband and two sons, staying actively involved in her children's sports activities. In her spare time, Carmelita enjoys podcasts, good food, live music and travel.

Marcie Pridding
Marcie is a London local committed to community and impassioned to connect others with her hometown, ensuring positive experiences for newcomers.
She is knowledgeable about what the city has to offer in terms of food, lifestyle, neighbourhoods and amenities.
Marcie has been working in the HR community for 13 years, within various industries. Most recently, she led an HR department for an aviation services organization with over 800 employees located all across Canada. Marcie enjoys solving business problems by meeting employee needs, and creating safe and enjoyable cultures for people to thrive. Specifically, she has led numerous portfolios, recruiting projects, program audits and redesigns to better performance and organizational success. As a consultant, Marcie enjoys sharing her knowledge and building better businesses.

Efe Fofah
Efe is a certified Human Resource Professional with over eight years of experience across different aspects of HR operations, including managing mobility and relocation of employees across different African countries. Her experience spans different industries, including consulting, banking, and insurance.
Efe understands the importance of delivering memorable experiences and exceptional value to clients regardless of their budget or requirements.
She brings firsthand relocation experience and, as a recent immigrant, brings a shared perspective to her role. Her experience informs her service to our clients and is why she is committed to helping make people’s transition to London as easy as possible.
Housing Search Specialist and Web Adminstrator
Tracey Harper-Wilson
Tracey brings years of exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational abilities to the team.
Since joining CityMatch in 2021 as a Housing Search Specialist, she has been committed to cultivating and maintaining relationships with London’s many property owners and housing management companies. Tracey also manages our housing inventory and active listing program for our key institutional clients and assists with special projects requiring her extraordinary attention to detail.

Shawn Adamsson
Over his 25-year career in tech and marketing, Shawn graduated from building computers to networks, teams, companies and communities.
Along the way, he developed a deep appreciation for the mechanics of motivation, communication, interaction and innovation. Today, this experience manifests in a deep passion for marketing, branding, corporate culture and community building. An unapologetic advocate for the city and its citizens, Shawn has also been a community-building, disruptor, and innovator, launching several community-building initiatives over the years. Shawn is central to our strategy, communications, brand and community contribution.
