Our advisory services include:
Talent mobility strategy (Cross-Canada and Global Mobility)
Relocation policy design and development
Mentoring and training HR team on mobility policies, procedures and best practices
Newcomer readiness assessment and planning for employers new to international recruitment and relocation
Retention and belonging strategies and campaigns (employee onboarding, engagement programs, “culture programs,” event design); and
Guidance on processes and procedures for HR team members supporting employees through permanent residency pathways (note: we do not provide immigration expertise, but can help with navigating client-facing systems).
Our hourly rate for advisory services is $150 +HST. You can take advantage of cost savings with our bundled HR advisor programs starting at $1250 ($125 per hour/10 hours) and $2000 ($100 per hour/20 hours).
